Log the incident. Track the action. Prove the fix.
- No card required. Full features for 14 days. Sample data loaded so you can see it working in the first minute.
Why does the same control failure keep coming back?
Six steps. The last four are the ones spreadsheets skip.
Every incident runs the same way, whether it is a duplicate payment, a missed filing or a customer complaint that keeps coming back.
01
Log
Two minutes from a template, with monetary impact and risk rating recorded on day one.
02
Investigate
Containment, then root cause. No action can be created until the root cause is submitted.
03
Act
Every action has an owner, a due date and an evidence requirement. Reminders and escalation run on their own.
04
Verify
The owner marks the action complete and attaches evidence. A different person confirms it worked, or returns it with a reason.
05
Close
The incident cannot close with an unverified action. On closure the record locks.
06
Report
A monthly control report: new incidents, losses, actions closed, what is overdue and by whom, six-month trend, matters for attention. Scheduled to leadership, the board or the auditor.
Nothing inside an incident is gated. Steps 01 to 05 and the closure snapshot are on every plan; the monthly control report is on the Professional and Business plan.
Built for the person who signs the control report
Verification is a separate step
When an action is marked complete, someone else reviews the evidence and signs it off, or sends it back with a reason. You decide who that is in your approval workflow. The record shows who completed the action and who verified it.
Actions do not get forgotten
Each action has an owner and a due date. Changing the date requires a reason, which is kept in the history. Overdue actions escalate to the approver and then to admins on a schedule you set.
An audit-ready record
Every edit, comment, attachment and reminder is logged with the user and the time. Once the incident is closed, the record cannot be changed. The closure PDF and the full history are there when the auditor asks.
Who it is for
Finance Teams
AP, AR and the controller who see duplicate payments, missed filings and reconciliation breaks first, and want them logged, owned and closed instead of handled in an email thread. The CFO gets the monthly report that totals it up.
Operations leaders
Heads of operations, production, quality, procurement, supply chain and customer service who are tired of the same defect, the same lost shipment, the same vendor failure or the same complaint coming back, and want the root cause fixed once.
Internal audit and compliance
Teams who need every finding to end in a verified action with evidence, and a register they can hand to the committee without rebuilding it.
Leadership and boards
CEOs and directors who want problems logged, owned and closed rather than absorbed, and a monthly view of what went wrong and what it cost.
Firms and fractional practices
Anyone running finance, operations or compliance for several clients, who needs one log across every client entity and a branded control report for each.
Three plans: USD 65, 165 and 335 a month, billed annually.
Unlimited users on every plan. 14-day trial with full features, no card.
Log your first incident in the next ten minutes
The trial loads ten sample incidents so you can see the register, the verification step and the control report before you enter anything of your own. Clear them when you are ready.
